Hello, I have never met a nicer doctor or staff in my life. They felt me very, they let me feel very comfortable and I wasn't at all apprehensive. And I'm just so glad that I went. Thank you.

I had to wait over a half an hour in the waiting room. Very understandable since he was backed up with appointments.

the only thing this time was the 50 minutes of wait time. I heard one of the staff say double booked . 10 to 15 minutes wait time is ok , but 50 minutes way to much . I would of liked to have had a call that said running behind, please arrive 30 minutes later.

Yeah, I got taken very quickly, very efficiently when Dr. Wexler came in. Supposedly he was running late, but he was really quick and what not. Very friendly, got things, very honest. I found it refreshing. He listened to me about my headaches and how that's impacted pain and how that probably impacted my kind of monitoring my arthritis in my knee. And anyway, it was just really nice to meet him. Just it was a very pleasant experience and I was in and out of there in like 15 minutes, and felt very satisfied. So anyway, it was a good visit. Dr. Wexler especially, but the rest of his team as well, were kind, compassionate, professional. He was extremely knowledgeable. I felt that he had taken the time to read my history. He knew exactly what was needed, why I was there, and I am trusting him for very serious surgery.

I was in a room for 45 minutes after being roomed waiting for my provider I had to come out to see what was going on, wad given weak explanation and a lukewarm apology for the delay.

Dr. Wexler was awesome. Very personable, friendly and he listened. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon!

This was a VA referral and there was a lot of information that hadn't been shared or wasn't up-to-date for the MGMC team's consideration going in to the appointment. This was supposed to be for specific treatment but when I arrived, there were several questions about what had/hadn't been authorized and what treatment I could receive. My care was completed but slightly delayed due to the bureaucratic shortfall.

Dr Wexler and his team, all the nurses and staff at Same Day Surgery, Homecare PT, and the Orthopedic office gave me the best care and guidance throughout my total hip replacement. I can't say enough of my gratitude and appreciation for their exceptional care and professionalism. They are all the best and this experience was nothing short of spectacular!! Thank you all!

Dr. Wexler is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. I enjoy any and all time with him and his team.

Dr. Wexler was great. Once I received care I was very happy, both with the orthopedic practice & my experience at the hospital the day of surgery. Everyone could not have been nicer & were very caring.

All were very polite , friendly and professional.

During each visit with Dr. Wexler, his explanations about my treatment and recovery have been clear. Included in our discussions is the latest research and outcomes about joint replacement as it relates to daily life. He and his office staff are respectful and caring which contributes to a good experience.

The staff were excellent and caring,. They explained everything as they went through the exam. They are phenomenal in patient care and wellness! I felt very comfortable. They answered each question and also explained previous medical condition from my neurologist that I did not understand.

Dr. Wexler is an amazing man. His bedside manner is incredible and very difficult for another doctor to match.

The facility should have some newspapers or TV in there for patients to watch because he was running an hour behind and we just had to sit there and wait and stare at the wall which I think could be improved. And other than that, I don't really have any other comments really. So...

Dr Wexler has performed several surgeries for me and I have been extremely satisfied every time. It started when he was at Millinocket Regional Hospital then at a Lewiston hospital and two with his Maine General team. His expertise has made my life better on many levels. I will definitely tell family and friends to make the trip, it will be worth it. The facility is state of the art and by far better than any hospital that I've used through my life, totaling 16 major surgeries and all of the staff were very professional and kind.
