Everyone from the second you walk through the door treats you with kindness, compassion and welcoming. It feels more like the kind of practice we were used to 20 years ago!

Felt like I was rushed. They just prescribe medication but don't really take the time to take a look at the underlying issues.

My experience with Desirae as my FNP is very good. She is easy to speak to, listens to my questions and concerns and answers accordingly. She has an interest in my health and if I need her help she or the staff get back to me within a day or two.

I was able to get in because this is a slow time. When it is the busy time of year, I have to go to ER. I love my PCP, she is great!

They didn't rush you out of the appointment, they listened and cared. I was a patient at northern light 22 years and all you got was15 minutes and you can never get a person on the phone. Very happy with my care.

My visit did not require any improvement. The MA was lovely. Desirae listened carefully to what my concern and complaint was for that visit, and I felt like she showed a lot of concern and has asked me to reach out if I needed more help.
