This is mostly what can be improved. And in regard to text messages, I had received a text message in general that I would have a surgery done. Nothing was mentioned of who the provider was, what it was for, what time or anything of that sort. Not even a number. So, and that can be improved. The most important thing you need to provide in a text message is the who, what, where, when and how. That's all you need. You don't need to just give such generalized. It leaves people wondering what the heck is going on like it did for me. Thank you. Bye.

Appointment with doc might have lasted 8 minutes. That's a great money generating way to enrich health care providers. Lol

Yes, she done very well. Dr. Balutis was very competent and very prompt and on time and complete. And the anesthesia department was great. And all of the staff was very, very helpful. It went very well.

Disappointed by experience

I was very anxious about being awake for the procedure and everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.

At first I felt like I was putting staff out. My pcp referred me. I didn't know it was untreatable until I have an issue or symptoms. Provider explained and relieved my worries.

Very hard to get appointments when needed

My only wish is the procedure could have been done sooner.

I really appreciated the directness, getting right to the problem, she reviewed the X-ray of my hand, reviewed 3 options I could consider and then proceeded with procedure. I was in and out in 25 minutes! She informed me as to how long I may have relief as to know when to call in for the next appointment. Good experience and I have already mentioned her to several folks. Thanks

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

She was very quick to know what I needed. Showed me my x rays, gave me 2 clear splints, told me all I need to know. Should be healed in 12 weeks and if I need anything call her. Can not ask for anything more.

There was a really long wait for the first appointment but worth it. Dr Balutis was very understanding and explained the procedure thoroughly.

I was told to get there 10 minutes before my appointment time, I did so only to wait over 15 minutes after my appointment time before being taken into an exam room. Scheduling needs to be addressed.

Yes, it just takes too long to get an appointment and you have to wait too long, but she was an ideal doctor.

I really liked that doctor. She was very honest with me. That's what I like, honesty. Because I thought I needed surgery. She said it's not something that requires surgery. It's arthritis. So, at my age, I know what arthritis is. I'm going to have to let you go because I'm going to cough again.

They always take great care of me. I have a rather thick file.

Dr Balutis is caring and knowledgeable. She speaks with you, not to you and explains things in way an average person can understand. I appreciate she told me there are limited options for my conditions. She was highly recommended by a friend for my surgery and I have referred others to her since.

I think the office visit was about as good as could be expected, and yes, there is always some room for improvement. The check-in process was without the systems issues I experienced on my last visit, the wait in the waiting area was very reasonable, the time with the MA was good, the wait after the MA for the Dr was reasonable, and the time with the Dr was very helpful, full of explanation about short and long term potential treatments, and I left with less pain in my wrist than I had on arrival.

Elaine Balutis, the doctor, was not informative at all. I asked a bunch of questions about treatment options and she just smiled the whole time, sat there and basically gave me no information whatsoever. Just kept smiling away and was not helpful at all. Waste of time.

This was my first visit with Dr. Balutis and I was impressed with her honestly about the nature of my hand condition and the various options available to treat it. I liked the way she explained things, discuss the difference approaches to treatment, her opinions yet ultimately left it up to me to decide which course of treatment to pursue or even no treatment. She's a keeper.

The DR exceptional..

Maybe be give a little more time to the patient and before talking to the patient look the records to see what the patient has been complaining about. In my experience the provider only address my right hand and I have to inquire about my left hand. Felt if I didn't inquire it would have never been addressed

I was expecting a simple shot in my hand, like the three others I have received. There were several delays due to inclement weather and travel interruptions. No one is at fault. I was not prepared for X-rays and the suggestion of operating on my hands. My response probably seemed a bit hysterical; but I expected a simple shot. I am satisfied with the care I have received, but as an older person, I prefer to avoid an operation. The Doctor and nurses were professional and kind. Thank for the opportunity to respond.

This was one of the best visits I had at any doctors visits. All of your staff are truly professionals. The doctor I had explained everything that she was going to do very well.

I received wonderful service from Elaine Balutis and staff for the procedure that I had. However, I did not receive an aftercare direction packet. I don't know if I got one in the mail prior to. I may have, but I was not given one when I left, so I had to Google some things until I can talk to someone.

I was very happy with my care. I was well informed as to what would need to be done and how. My anesthesia was very good and I was very happy with having a walk and the results. And very happy with the staff who cared for me that day and for everyone on the team that worked with me. Thank you very much.
