The care team were very good.

Dr. Rothe is the best!!

Provider did not have MRI summary and did own reading of MRI for exam. Waiting for results but will not likely change outcome or plan for TKA based on Severe OA.

Good experience, knowledgeable staff

The nurse asked me about falls which I responded "yes a pretty bad one. I'm concerned about my balance. " That was the end of the conversation. This isn't the first time it has gone unaddressed. In fact in the previous medical notes when I mentioned my concern for my balance, it indicates info re balance was offered to me which it wasn't There really needs to be real true follow up to these questions. I wonder how many people have gone unnoticed when asked about safety or depression. Fortunately I am someone who has resources and knows what to do. That's not true with everyone

Poor communication. They did not have my size knee brace, so I scheduled appointment for the next day and waited in lobby after checking in for 45 min. and still had to ask if anyone knew what was going on with the brace. I still have not got the brace yet and no one has contacted me either. The phone service is poor also, always on hold. I think the Doctor is the only asset.

Dr. ROTHE was excellent. She took time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend her. She is compassionate and makes you feel like you are in good hands.

I had a great team with me that day. Seemed to care a great deal.

I had hurt my shoulder and express care is my go-to place when issues arise. The staff are great and one feels confident about the care provided. The express team in my opinion has empathy toward the patient. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Rothe and I left the appointment feeling satisfied that I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my words, she asked relevant questions, she explained all my options to me and asked for my input on each. I will feel very comfortable working with her going forward to treat my knee pain.

All staff were SUPER!!! Pleasant, Professional, Humorous, Patient, Considerate listeners, Flexible. I was seen in a timely manner and kept informed as to how the procedure was going to go. AND most importantly abided and respected my "extra needs" - finger holding and a heads up when the needle was about to find my arm. You all are THE BEST.

I was very satisfied with the team Dr. Rothe had with her that saw me. They were very knowledgeable and concerned with my issues. When I left I felt really good about my experience that day. It really helped me.

The Dr asked me questions about my previous visits rather than looking them up so I asked her to pull up my record so she had detailed background information rather than trying to rely on my memory. I think it's wise for providers to review patient care history before or during visits. Thanks.

I was very nervous but the Dr was very nice and able to help calm me down and talked to me through the entire procedure. Everything went very well. Thank You!

Dr. Rothe was a wonderful provider and I just feel very confident that she knew my condition and that she had reviewed test results and didn't try to talk me into anything or out of anything. Dr. Rothe is wonderful! She was patient, personable, and respectful, and explained things very well. She put my mind at ease as to the course of action that was needed to get my knee working right again! She even showed me how to appropriately use the cane I was using, which took care of the back pain I'd been having. Super happy with her care. Thank you!

Dr. Rothe was outstanding. I've had a less than favorable experience when it comes to pain management within the last several years. Seeing dr. Rothe, being listened to, and not needing to overly advocated for myself... because she was already putting herself in my shoes. It was so incredibly refreshing. She was very knowledgeable in what she does but also in EDs, again I can''t say enough how refreshing that was.

You really need to have more people answering phones or taking messages. It's very, very hard to get an appointment.

Dr Elizabeth Rothe is a superb physician; knowledgeable, informed, patient friendly and willing to go the extra distance to provide the best possible patient experience.

At this location, it would be great if in the appointment confirmation email, there was specific directions to get to the right office. It was a tough building to navigate and did not know which section the doctors office was in!

Everyone was kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Rothe asked me a lot of questions and explained everything regarding treatment options going forward. I left feeling very positive about the whole visit.

Dr. Rothe has a perfect bedside manner. She's very conscientious about making sure that the patient is not in pain when they're being injected with the injection. And she asked if there was anything else she could do for me before the appointment was over.
