Not a long wait in waiting area. Nursing was very kind. Emily did a great job listening to me, talking to me about my medications and she gave me a lab slip for xray in case I don't get better or get worse.

Every time I go to urgent care the staff brushes off my concerns and always tells me everything is fine, for it to end up not being fine.

Very pleased with what they said and did for me, no complaints I will apologize for the skills workers who was there with me and she was loud and cursing awful bad, even when the doctor came in she asked who she was, I was totally embarrassed, so I'm sorry for that.

The FNP I saw didn't listen to me and disregarded what I said when I told her how my body was feeling. She was in a hurry as I was the last patient to be seen. Never been treated so poorly in this office before. I will not use express care for a while.

Efficiently done procedure

I came in with an infection around a finger cuticle that needed quick intervention. From the cheerful and helpful intake staff, to the detailed and thorough Nurse evaluation, and ultimately to the Very competent and decisive care given me by Emily, I could not imagine a swifter or better response to an infection which had become an acute worry for me. Although it is still healing, it was much better by just the following morning.. I honestly cannot think of how care for me could have been improved. Thank You so much for their compassionate services.

Took two hours to get checked for some ear drops.. thought that was a little bit untimely!

My second experience there in last 3 months. Since my pcp is 70 miles away, having such a smooth running, competent medical resource close by is really reassuring. Always feel welcome there and advice is the best.

The physician I saw at Express Care was great. She explained everything, but the reason why I rated everything so highly was because I'm allergic to a number of antibiotics and I needed something for a skin infection. Most doctors would have just given me an oral antibiotic that they thought would work, that I wasn't on my allergy list, but she was very thoughtful in giving me cream instead of an oral antibiotic first. She did say we might have to go to an oral, but she started me on the least invasive thing I could take, and I really, really appreciate that.

I was very impressed with the fact that I was moved into seeing someone so quickly. There were quite a few people waiting. That meant a lot to me because I'm elderly and the service I received from Emily and the accompanying nurse was very nice, kind, and informative. So I was very happy with my visit. Thank you.

I was very anxious about what was going on. I had a fall, hurt my...I don't know what happened really but, stepping down to another room and I hurt my foot and I was very anxious about it, and had anxiety and all and they were very good to being calm and telling me and made me feel better. And I think Express Care is one of the best things that we have here in Maine now, because... so often, there's no... emergency rooms are full. You have to wait so long. And Express Care, I go there quite often and... I would highly recommend it. Yes. And I have recommended it to others. Thank you.

I wish I wouldn't have waited over a half an hour in the room they put me in. Other then that it was a good experience.

I always like it when I'm not patronized or treated like a "little old lady" who doesn't understand things.. Staff was great, and treated me with respect. And they were friendly.

Everyone that I had to deal with at the hospital that day was amazing from the walk-in clinic right on over to there hospital was amazing to me and treated me very well I have no complaints we didn't really get any answers for what was going on but at least they cared enough to take the time to listen and try to help very very happy with that service

The doctor I saw thought I had a broken foot. I knew I did not have a broken foot. I knew it was gout. I needed some medicine for gout. She sent me for an x-ray, did nothing for gout, but no improvement the next day. I went back to Express Care and saw another provider who did a workup for gout and figured out it was gout and gave me the medicine for gout. So maybe next time just maybe be a little more thorough with an assessment rather than assuming.

From reception to discharge, everyone was great. The last place anyone wants to be headed to is express care. Early intervention helped my outcome. I appreciated the staff for treating me like a person rather than a number. Thank you.

I have been to express care due to something going on with one of my kiddos or myself. They are always amazing, from the check in..to the care, they are always patient and friendly. It's always busy, and they handle it so well. It's quick for others to forget, though that is their work place-they are human, and have lives and things going on personally as well. Even when they are busy, they are always so thorough. I am so grateful to have express care!

It was very busy that day at Express Care and I think that the entire team did everything they could to give each patient as much attention as they could on an individual basis. They took their time which is why they.. believe got a little backlog but rather than rush through with every person. They took the time they needed to spend as much time with each person when they finally got to me I felt that I got a great deal of attention and they resolved the issue that I was having and I was very pleased with the care that I received from my caregiver that day.
