I love Oakland Health. I have been a pt there for 31 years and also had my 2 children attend there who are now in 20s and out of state. Would never leave practice. Always a return call or a med refill( many) with just a call. I love Katelyn Bolduc (NP) a fairly new practitioner after MDs had departed. Very attentive, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Great choice for practice. Also very good medical assistants.

Katelyn Buldoc is a Keeper!! She's smart and a great listener. I feel like she actually cares about me! I never had to check my brain at the door. She allows me to BE part of the team! She respects my input and questions. Doesn't speak down to me. It is more collegiality. I do appreciate that! She is sensible, responds in a timely fashion to concerns. I am grateful for her, so pay her well! Don't screw it up!

Due to continuing staff turn over, I've seen a few different practitioners in the past year or two. Disappointingly, gone are the days of a PCP you saw every appointment and who knew your history.

Reception was exceptional - for myself and others she dealt with while I was there. The CMA was also very friendly, thorough, and explained things very well. This was my first visit with Katelyn and the experience was very positive. Good communication, explanation, review of my medical data, and positive overall. I also like the new location!

I just met my primary care doctor, Bolduc, and I absolutely love her. She knew me, all about me, before she even met me. She listened to everything I said, and she prescribed a drug for me that's starting to show help. I love her. I love Oakland. I can't say enough good things about it. Thank you.

Found it is a bit harder lately to actually get someone on the phone. I tried calling twice to make my appointment. Just sat on hold. 3 days later a representative called me out of the blue

Office staff and provider were all very kind and caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Katelyn as a primary care provider for both adults and children and feel very comfortable having her care for my child.

The MA was very thorough and seemed like he enjoyed his job. This was my first time seeing Katelyn. I apprehensive about establishing care with a new Provider. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed and I left feeling good about my new PCP. Katelyn Bolduc, NP, was professional, kind, courteous, and a good listener. She spent time interviewing me regarding the initiation of my problem, and the progression of the lesion. Then, she carefully examined me. We discussed the diagnosis and treatment. Katelyn then prescribed medication for the problem. I wholeheartedly recommended Katelyn to anyone needing medical care!

I needed to be asap and it did happen as I also needed blood drawn I don't remember the girl but she wasn't sure about my veins so she got someone else to help and it was a success and I most definitely appreciated that she got help

I have waited for a colonoscopy for a year and not been scheduled. Called twice and was told both times they have not had a chance to look at my records. Very unprofessional Maine general hospital.

Hoping that I have found a provider that I will consult and see in the future.
