Hi, yes, this was my second time in express care for the same issue, so I thought maybe we'd spend some time maybe looking a little deeper this time. I basically had a rash or something going on and I still do. I was provided antibiotics and told that it definitely would take care of things, if not take the second dose in 48 hours. I've done both those things. It wasn't a fungal infection, like I tried telling the woman, I really didn't think it was, because I had done some research there. Still have the issue going on, so I'm going to find a different way to deal with it, I guess. I'll be less likely to go there.

The care person that I had, the nurse, doctor, they were unbelievable. The NP or whatever her title is, is absolutely incredible. She needs to get a gold star on her card and tell her she's amazing.

I think you did everything really well. I was so impressed with every person there from the receptionist on and the nurse that took care of my toe problem. I mean, she's absolutely wonderful. Both of them were. There was two of them that worked on it to try and stop the bleeding. I just can't praise you enough. You've got a friend now. I'll be going there for as much care as I can direct your way. Again, thank you. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy and just everything about it was wonderful. My toe is doing very well. So thank you.

I love Waterville Express Care! This visit for myself and past visit with my daughter in the past have always been amazing. Nobody goes to express care because they're having a good day, and everyone from the person who greets you and checks you in, to the nurse who triages, to the provider has always been so kind, compassionate, and understanding. They listen to what's going on and make me feel like they genuinely care about my health.

This was the best experience I have ever had a an express care facility and most other offices for that matter.

Long wait times, but I'm sure that's not news to you.

The medical assistant was wonderful! She listened and asked clarifying questions as needed. Kate addressed the problem I was having and what to do if it didn't clear up! So thankful for these two!!

Short waiting times & excellent care

The caretaker was absolutely wonderful even though the facility itself was overrun, super, super, super busy. But she still made sure that I had everything I needed knowledge-wise and what I was there for. So I really appreciate her hospitality and professionalism.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. During a particularly busy time of the day I was able to walk in at 9:30 in the morning and walk out at 10:15. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my treatment.

Katie was very clear about what l had to do when l got home she called me the next morning

My 1st experience Meeting and having Katherine Pelotte as my PA was one of the best feelings I have felt comfortable being at the doctors office in a long time... She took great care of my needs and some! Katherine is the best PA I have ever had the pleasure meeting in my time at the doctors office... I felt very comfortable and pleased she definitely loves her job and cares about her patients she sees on a daily basis!
