Interesting Wellness check. Both nurse and MD were very helpful.

Dr. McKay is fabulous. I was nervous...she put me at ease and made me laugh. Doctors aren't usually funny...I laughed almost the entire time I was with Dr. McKay.

As usual, great service. Friendly, competent staff, and a great doctor.

I would like to see my PCP more often instead of other providers, although they have been good.

I went because I needed a new doctor. I was very nervous learned soon I didn't need to be. She and her team made me feel very comfortable.

Dr McKay all all the staff at AFM were great. I hadn't met Dr. McKay before this visit, she did a minor procedure on me in the office and it was easy. She is a caring, down to earth person, the kind of person you feel comfortable with right away.

I think Katherine McKay is amazing and excellent and I trust her. The only feedback I would like to provide, I was very put off by the sheet I had to fill out regarding that if I wanted to talk about any pre-existing health, I would be charged a copay. I felt this was really strange considering it was my yearly checkup with my doctor and I had just, I have suffered a pretty significant injury in the last two months and didn't feel I was able to bring that up or that she would bring that up even though it was all over my notes. So I think that is a very strange thing to write. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I don't think that's okay. That's just my only feedback.

My physical only took about 10 to 15 minutes. I had to address something I wanted done that I thought the doctor should have done no matter what. It was not a thorough exam at all.

My care team were amazing and Dr McKay was outstanding! She's extremely supportive, thorough, caring and always listens. I absolutely love having her as my provider.

Dr. McKay is wonderful. I do wonder though why the people answering the phone don't say their name anymore. I had one psr talk over me and she was just rude. This was about 3 or 4 months ago. At this latest visit, checking in, the psr was nice.

I love Dr. McKay and her nurse. However, for me to have to wait so long for an appointment that's only like 10 minutes long, it was ridiculous. She needs more flexibility in her scheduling and I don't know what else to say. That's the biggest thing is being able to get in when you need to get in.

Dr. McKay took the time to go over my records before I saw her, and was focused on helping me out.

Dr. McKay and her medical assistant were wonderful! They understood my situation and were able to help me get through it.

The doctor I saw was extremely nice, very thorough, very helpful. It made me feel that what was wrong with me wasn't just me. Great attitude, super caring, empathetic. I mean she went above what I normally get.

I felt that Katherine McKay, allowed me the appropriate amount of time I needed to discuss any issues and concerns I had before discussing, tasks she had to bring up such as blood work, and other tests that I need to have completed as part of my physical. She actively listened, and showed great empathy as I discussed personal losses that I had experienced over the past year. This was very emotional for me. She never rushed our visit and made me feel heard. She was keenly aware of my medical history, and not only offered suggestions to help me cope with these losses but emphasized that she is here for me at any time I needed to reach out. I appreciate the relationship I have with my primary care physician .

I got lucky that I was able to get an appointment... am being asked to wait 4 months to see an orthopedic, which is really frustrating and not good practice.

I love Dr McKay. She is professional, personable, and so easy to talk with. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The most important aspect is that I can tell she really cares. And when I am with her, I have her undivided attention.

I'd like to get a little more clarification on what tests like urine taste and a couple of others that were addressed, and I need to know because it's been a long time. I got some other reports and that was great, but I'm missing some that we didn't talk about. Thank you very much.

I look forward to my appointments here: minimum wait time, thorough and knowledgeable staff, excellent care! Everyone from the receptionist, Dr. Mckay and her assistants, to the checkout staff. All exceptional. I think it's because everyone I came in contact with remembered the human element of the visit. Totally respectful to me and my needs. As a gay married cis gender male, it is so important that I feel safe, comfortable and respected. I couldn't ask for anything more from the staff. Means more than you could ever know!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Both MA and Dr McKay were very knowledgeable and willing to discuss my concerns and take action on tests I was behind on. Very thorough.

Good, friendly staff. One small critique, if I owe a co-pay I shouldn't have to ask. If it needs to be collected, I should know on checking-in or checking-out.

Wish they would schedule my next appointments automatically. Many times I have to do it myself and then I don't know that I'm supposed to schedule mammogram and bone density together for example. I have to chase around for my next services. Better this year than last though. Someone scheduled the bone density but not next years physical. That's why this year was so late and I couldn't get my vaccinations until mid December.

I feel very safe & listened to with my medical provider; I am very grateful for this care.
