Great job

The staff was professional, but most of of all friendly. They seem to care alot. The med tech and and Dr were very concerned to hear the symptoms, and to want to make the right diagnosis , even though they were extremely busy. I didn't feel rushed.

There were only 2 people ahead of me and the wait was express care. It was perfect in every way. A+

After waiting two hours we were told they can't provide any dental care. The front desk should have told us this and saved a lot of wasted time.

I am a little better but still not feeling good

I went in on the weekend and even though I was suffering, everyone from the front desk to the nurses were wonderful. After getting my x-ray results, Katey called me and explained what was happening and what to expect next. I'm so glad I went to Express Care and not the E.R. I was examined, sent for x-rays, got the results, and a referral was sent to a specialist in a matter of hours. Most Excellent!

I wish I had asked about tama-flu because it was not offered and my primary wondered as well. I a 5 days into my first experience with influenza B and am only somewhat better.

I'm new to Maine and Maine General has went out of the way to make me comfortable and has caused me to feel I was getting quality care

Great service overall

Care team was terrific especially the person who saw me. I think leaving someone in an examination room for longer than 20-30 minutes is bad form. (A few weeks ago, it was a hour.) No one to supervise a person alone in the room and gives off a sense that no one cares. I'd rather sit in the waiting room and be updated from time to time about where things stand

KATHERYN Baden Took Very Good care of me with The Coffee Burn I Got At Skowhegan Dunking Doughnuts, She gave me instructions and Medicine for My 2nd Degree Burns on my Hand and told me to return if i had Pain and redness, Thank You and Staff for your Speedy Service.

I went in feeling so sick and miserable, and everyone was so nice. I was seen so quickly and felt validated. Everything was so simple getting in and out of there. I've been home resting and taking the prescribed meds and starting to feel better. Thank you so much!

Yes, I love the mannerism of the girl that took me in, into the room to get examined. And I also like the personality of the nurse that took care of me and explained everything to me, was kind to check in on me, you know, if I was waiting much longer than she had predicted. And I really appreciate your hospital and your staff. The waiting room is very clean and very clear. It's nice and open and I like that.

I met with Katie and she was very knowledgeable and seemed very caring and very open to listening to how I was explaining how my situation was affecting me and the pain and such. She was very concerned.

Katheryn aka "Kate" was amazing! told her she had a calming effect that I've never had before while in express care. She was so thorough with her diagnosis and explanation of what was to come for me. Maine General is lucky to have "Kate", I feel bad for the patients who have to see someone else, cause there can't be anyone better in Augusta.

Staff were very caring and efficient.. They treated me for a fall, had exrays done and followed up the same day with results and recommendations .. very satisfied with services received.

When dealing with this individual in particular, as far as the person that took care of me, I just want to say that it was one of the most painless experiences I've ever been through in my life. I feel like this person that helped me, she was what my mother would call a social butterfly and it brightens the room when she walks by and gives you a bit of her personality and her insight into what is wrong with you. When she comes up with a solution to help you, it only matches what you would expect from her in the first place based off of what she gives you in a general sense as far as how she comes across, how she presents herself, how she talks about what's actually wrong with you and just using the education that she had accumulated to come up with a solution.

I entered the building and asked the receptionist if it was where urgent care was. She said "yes." I am now going to have to pay for this visit out of my own pocket, because the girl told me it was urgent care, when it is not. The VA will not cover my bill.
