This is the best Dr/nurse, and Nurse/PA and registration staff I've ever met. Not sure of their proper titles. But they all went out of their way to help me, and explain things to me. They made me feel very comfortable.

My referral to the office was initially unrecognized. I had to call on multiple occasions in order to get the appointment that I needed.

Katie Bessey is always, as this time, knowledgeable, showing real concern and consideration of the circumstances and information before making a recommendation. She is friendly and shares exactly what I need to know about my situation.

The infectious disease team is is above the mark in providing specialty care. Each of the professionals I encountered both inpatient and outpatient was knowledgeable about their discipline and my case. They all made an effort to show care and compassion. When I had a concern between appointments, they called late in the day and conducted a thorough interview and provided useful information.

Excellent service, nursing staff when I was in the hospital, excellent doctor care, excellent infectious control. I can't say good enough stuff. Maine General is awesome. Thank you and wonderful.
