Well I was at the expess care for 2.5 hours before being seen.

Prompt service for being an urgent care got looked at and had an x-ray and was out of there in an hour and a half with the x-rayed read

I finally felt listened to and the appropriate tests were done to begin ruling-out what could be causing the swelling in my foot.

Everyone was very friendly. And had great and quick care.

Even though the wait was extremely long, once I was seen by a provider they were very caring and didn't try to rush me. They listened and seemed caring.

Really liked the physian seen during this appointment. It was a welcome change to have a conversation with the doctor that was a two way conversation. Hoping this person stays with this practice. If she does, I would definitely see her every time I had an appointment. Very personable and really listened. She was informative and really seems to care. Would love to see her stay at this facility.

They were very kind to me and understanding of my avoidance towards taking pills. I felt understood and listened to. They helped me find a way around it by prescribing me a pill that could be sprinkled over some applesauce. I really appreciated that gesture, because it made me taking it so much easier. Thank you!

What a great group of professionals! I always feel better and more informed about what's going on with my health when I leave the office. They always show true concern about my medical issues and are quick to listen to me and what I am going through. This is how health care should be. Putting the patient first! The whole experience was good but the outstanding person is the front desk. After I left to get my prescription,I called back because the pharmacy was closed due to power loss. The first person I spoke with sent an urgent message to send my prescription to a different location. Sadly 1.5 hrs later it had not arrived at the new pharmacy. So I called back...this time the person was so so thoughtful. She went above and beyond and took the note directly to a provider. Not just an email. She saved me. I was so sick and just wanted to go home but I need my medication. In 15 minutes the prescription was ready.

I really felt like I was just somebody they were trying to push through and get done with. I didn't feel heard this time. I asked the triage nurse if a throat exam was part of it, but it wasn't and I forgot because I was feeling so rushed. Now I'm dealing with a very bad sore throat and don't want to go back in again for that. I usually do love the care I get there, just not so much this time.

I'm a big fan of NPs since they are nurses first, then advance in practice. Nurses are trained to assess thoroughly. However I was disappointed at the cursory examination I was given. Yes, my main complaint was an extremely sore throat, and yes she looked and administered a rapid strep test, but she didn't look in my ears not did she listen to my heart and lungs . Given that I am on peritoneal dialysis with an additional history of CHF and pneumonia, I thought that would be part of my exam. Fluid balances are tricky things. First time I've ever been disappointed with an NP.
