I thought doctor Lara was very helpful and informative on everything we discussed. Seems like she really puts in a lot of effort to asking the right questions and listening to I what I have to say. Great doctor.

All of my questions about the health issues I raised were answered.

The phone call you recieve says the Dr has set aside this time to meet with you, your arrival time is..... On this visit it was over 30 minutes after that time that I saw the Dr. You should remove this and simply say your appointment is scheduled for this time. That way as a patient Im not expecting that my time is as valuable to the Dr.

It was a very long wait from being roomed to waiting for the provider to come in-more than 30 minutes.

Dr Ilyas is not my primary but saw me anyway which I so appreciated. She was wonderful- I loved her !

So glad to be able to get a same day appointment for an uncomfortable sudden problem.

I wish the medical system within Winthrop Medical, which prevails against other places of providers as well, would not require physicians to have to process patients in such quick succession that it seems like sometimes it can be a fast food order process of just getting in and out into the next patient, which I don't fault the physician for, but the wider system and reimbursement process, I suppose.

I had been going to the same doctor since I was a teenager. In the first visit at Winthrop family medicine, I felt more heard and more well taken care of than I ever did at my previous doctor.

I would like to see masks available at entry

Dr. Ilyas gave me the time and listened to how I felt about what was going on and I really appreciated it. All the visits with her, she has given me time, which right now is very important to me. Thank you.

Dr. Ilyas is very thorough, making me feel comfortable about my health care and willing to discuss any questions that I may have.

Not having labs or imaging at the facility is a huge inconvenience. I was recommended to go have some imaging done but elected not to because of the wait at main general

The only problem I have is when you have an appointment like for 1:20 but don't actually gets seen until 1:45, I understand that problems arise but things need to change.

I would really appreciate having the lab back in Winthrop. I think it's very important.

To be honest, I'm slightly bothered by your billing practices. I get billed for seeing my doctor and also billed for using the facility in Winthrop. I think that's a bit ridiculous and charged way too much.

I appreciate that my doctor really listens to me and always gives great feedback/advice.

Both my son and I had Lara Ilyas for our dr and I think she did amazing. She was very personable and easy to talk to, she had answers to our questions and if she didn't she looked into it. I really liked meeting with her and will definitely bring myself and my son back to her.

I find the family practice very easy to work with and very helpful, period. Dr. Ilyas is wonderful and knows my background and my history and is able to give me good information and advice as to what we should do next. Period.

I was VERY disappointed that the lab/radiology office was closed. That was so convenient for elderly and practice pts.

Doctors come and go a lot try to keep the good ones they all seem to leave after a year pay them more to keep them . What ever it takes my doctor is great I hope my doctor stays

I have been with the care team in Winthrop for years and have always been very happy with my experience. This week, when I asked to be seen quickly I was put into a clinic spot the next day. When I checked in I was greeted with a smile at the desk and seen by a fantastic provider (Dr. Ilyas) and her medical assistant. Even though I'd never met either of them before, they were familiar with my medical history, treated me like an old friend, and listened to me with respect. My questions were answered, my needs and opinions were validated and considered, and I left with a great plan for short term treatment of an acute respiratory issue. Thank you to the whole team for the great experience

The doctor I had I am not a fan of. I've had her a couple times and feels like she does not listen. I told her I needed medication before I get worse and nothing. Of course I've been miserable actually worse

Yes, Dr. Ilyas was very professional and took her time. She had reviewed my chart and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or anything. I really, you know, liked how she came across and just was very personal and approachable and I felt comfortable asking her questions. This was the initial meeting with a new PCP. All seems fine but will need time to be able to provide substantive feedback.

The confirmation call said my doctor set aside the time just for me. My appoitment was800am, and didnt see Dr until 830am. My time is valuable as well.

For a Medicare Wellness encounter it was good.

Dr Ilyas is very thorough and has great communication skills.

My doctor listened to me offered me a covid shot and flue shot I did get a flue shot she Evan took my bp a second time still a bit high she adjusted my meds for hypertension . My doctor cares you can tell I was very pleased with your care . Thank you

The voice message left for me said my arrival time was 11:00 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. I arrived at 10:50 a.m., and was checked in probably. Was brought out back shortly after 11:00, but did not see the provider until 11:25. Also experience the delay while waiting for X-rays due to questions about how the X-ray order was written. I understand each of these could be isolated incidents related to emergencies or other concerns, however almost half my visit time was consumed with unnecessary, or perhaps avoidable waiting. People were cheerful and helpful, but I was not always advised of the anticipated wait.
