I had a great experience with my provider. Laurie Lambert. She was very thorough and communicated all options for treatment And gave me the opportunity to choose what I felt most comfortable with.

The Doctor was very thorough and caring.

Very professional and listened to me. Overall awesome.

She's doing a good follow up on me to make me decide if I want to go on another medication said we'll talk in two months instead of a year which I usually just go once a year

Overall the experience was fantastic, the new provider is amazing!! The lady at checkout was fairly rude though. I said that I thought the provider wanted me to come back for an evaluation and possibly another injection and she cut me off and said, "yeah, I'm aware of our providers scheduling." It was very distasteful and unwarranted.

I saw a different provider in the practice last year. He abruptly left and it took a full year for me to see a new provider. I didn't have high hopes given my prior experience but I ended up really liking Laurie. She knew my medical history and was well informed about different treatment options for my condition.

this was first visit with Laurie - she was very nice. we worked together on my past history and made a plan to go forward (or next step) as to my issues.

Laurie spent a lot of time with me and asked me questions about my conditions. She also listened to me when I was explaining to her about my condition, what I've experienced and what I deal with daily.

The new practitioner I saw seemed to really care about the treatment, my history and my comfort during and after treatment. Very pleased.

The new nurse practioner was amazing! Can't say enough wonderful things about her. She actually cared about me, the horrid migraines I get, and wants to see me in her office so we can talk more about my plan of care. She's wonderful! She did the Botox and within the hour it was gone. There was also a new registration staff person who was just lovely and accommodating. I really love this care team!

The new provider who does Botox is amazing. I am so excited to work with her as also my primary Neurologist. She has wonderful energy and even noticed my anxiety getting high when we were doing the procedure.

She was very perceptive. She was right on top of the things, which I have never had from Maine General. She knew what she was doing she knew what she was saying. I understood what she was saying because I've been through this for 50 years. And so I knew what she was saying and doing was right. And she's the first doctor at Maine General I've had that knows what they're doing, what they're talking about.

Out of all of my healthcare experiences, Laurie Lambert has been by far the best provider. She came into the appointment knowing my history thoroughly, and took the time to listen to my anecdotes regarding my health. We then had a collaborative conversation regarding my current medications and future planning. Previous providers have made me feel like I wasn't doing enough, or like I didn't have many options when it came to possible treatments. Laurie was reassuring that I was doing everything possible, and that there was a plethora of treatment options available. She gave me hope that I can feel better and that she will support me throughout finding a treatment that works for me. So grateful for her patients.

There have been many staff changes since I've started with neurology and I was not confident in my care. That was until Laurie Lambert became my provider. The entire care team has been excellent. They seem to really care, listen, and genuinely want to help me figure out what's going on. I hope the momentum continues.
