Everyone at the facility was very friendly and helpful. I have no issues with the people. I did sit in an empty room for nearly half an hour which wasn't great. Why? No reason given.

I got there and registered and it seemed fairly quiet. I didn't even wait 10 minutes to be taken back. The medical assistant/nurse was very nice and listened to my concerns. I didn't have to wait very long for the dr. She was super friendly and explained things very well. She was awesome! My total time there was less than an hour. Definitely the fastest appointment I've ever had!!

I was registered,diagnosed,had bloodwork done and a prescription ordered all within less than an hour. Everyone was very friendly and informative

They were very busy, but they did their best to keep things going smoothly. Told you up front that how many patients were before you. I like that, keeps you informed on how long you will wait.

The care I received was excellent. Very attentive and listened to my concerns and explained to me clearly on what to do once I went home. A few days later I had to call back with some new symptoms and the nurse who answered relayed them to the person I saw. She got back to me quickly with their recommendations. Very efficient.

Hello, the service and care was very good, except I was waiting about an hour, half an hour to be seen by the nurse, and then after that I was brought back out for another half hour, and then when I was brought back into a room, it was another half hour, so it was well over an hour before I was actually seen by the provider. So yeah, but that's it for feedback.

Went in with UTI / High blood pressure symptoms. UA returned negative and no further investigation to symptoms were tried .

I felt that my discomfort wasn't dealt with. I wasn't prescribed any cream or anything to help with the discomfort, and now I have to wait for weeks to see somebody to get some help.

Upon arrival, my wait was short, The person checking me in was very professional, and friendly. My care provider was very professional, appropriate, explained things well and treated me the best way she could!
