I have had cancer treatment for about 2.5 years monthly and quarterly. Have never once had a bad experience with registering, nursing, or my wonderful doctor's. Thank you for keeping me alive.

Yes, I think the doctor was really thorough. The only thing, she had a lot of technical terms I really didn't understand. And I mentioned that, so she really came through so I could understand it a little bit better. But all in all, it was a great job by all that I came in contact with on this visit. Thank you.

The staff and care team are friendly and professional. When speaking with my doctor, I feel I can ask questions and receive an answer in words I can understand. I have a great deal of respect and trust for the care team.

Dr. Hathaway was very nice and explained things well. She is very personable. I found her to be a passionate educator to to myself and loved ones.

Overall, the experience was good. Providers should refer to people that have a diagnosis of breast cancer as a person (first) diagnosed with breast cancer. We should not be referred to as "breast cancer people". Also, if a patient is describing their pain, the provider should be trained regarding the proper way to respond. The response shouldn't include the phrase "pain is subjective." It's dismissive and not compassionate. Could other support staff like the MAs be taught to introduce themselves when first calling a patient and escorting them to the exam room? I had to introduce myself and ask her name. It creates a much more personable experience during a very difficult time. Thank you for the opportunity to share.

After speaking with Dr Hathaway, I felt much more relaxed about what the next process will be in my treatment.

Everything was exceptional except for the parking due to reconstruction which hopefully will be comlete in a year.

Very pleasant experience. I was somewhat nervous about the blood draw because my veins are not obvious. The person who drew blood was VERY talented...didn't feel a thing and no wound afterwards. Doctor Hathaway is very caring and gave me lots of info. Also scheduled my mammo since I don't have a primary care dr at the moment. Top notch!!!!!

Treatment not fully explained along with side effects. Have been sick for 3 days unable to eat, take medications or drink.

Dr. Hathaway was able to diagnose a Lyme side effect that no one had seen before. Her treatment was immediate and effective. I was treated well by all the medical staff. They all did their jobs extremely well and I am grateful for their care.

Strong smell of diesel in the waiting area when I left my appointment. There was an exchanger running.

Dr. Hathaway is a deeply caring oncologist and makes me feel greatly cared for. Everyone in this facility is so empathetic and makes us all so comfortable.

When I got my MRI I had to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes the another 15 after I changed into the gown and had to step out of the changing room so someone else could use it. I had no problem with any of that. The girls that did the MRI were great. However...I felt like I was rushed getting dressed. It took me less than three minutes, and someone knocked on the door and asked me if I was okay, then I was given the silent treatment by her as she walked me back to the waiting room. It was very uncomfortable.

A mostly positive appointment considering my health issues. Dr. and staff made you feel comfortable while discussing things. Doctor Hathaway seemed to remember me and made feel better about my condition and it wasn't something to worry about but we should follow up in about a year.

Dr. Hathaway is an asset your facility. I am trusting here with my care even with options that are much closer to my home. Olive (phlebotomist) in the lab was great . She was having a very busy day, but it did not affect her awesome patient care.

I have been very happy with the care I have received at HACCC. Appointments are always on time. From receptionists to nursing, everyone is pleasant, professional and helpful. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Hathaway. She comes into the exam room prepared with lab and imaging results. She always goes over everything with me and patiently explains when I have questions. I have nothing but high praise for the care I have received and would recommend HACCC to anyone dealing with cancer. I am so grateful to have this level of care available in central Maine!

It was a short conference with Dr. Hathaway, she was running late and I had another commitment. We appeared to cover all the important details about my current health and potential future medical needs.

As far as I'm concerned, there's absolutely nothing you folks could possibly do to make things better for me. I think all my doctors have been excellent. The gals are wonderful. When I check in, everybody is. When I have my PET, when I have my MRI, there's nothing, nothing I can say but, good, about every bit of it. Thank you.

Very friendly experience. Answered all my questions and concerns. Studied my case prior to my appt and eased my mind on my rare tumor.

People were great. Staff usually are. Campus was confusing,poor signage, and parking for patients unprotected and out the elements. Walking for the ill and elderly any long distance can be tough.When will this complex learn to construct easy access to buildings instead of visuals for donors

Everyone has provided excellent care. I was pleasantly surprised and feel very comfortable staying with MaineGeneral for my care.

Dr. Hathaway was very professional, yet spoke to me so I could understand the details. She was personable, as was her CNA. The Dr. suspected that I had a UTI, which was not even in her sphere of concern for me, so she tested for that and she was right. She prescribed an antibiotic, and I feel so much better. She's magic.

I've been going to this facility for about 10 years, and they are always so kind.

Everybody was attentive and kind. The facility was very clean and pleasant. I did not have to wait long in the examination room for Dr. Hathaway.

Yes, we had a difficult time getting into the place where we had the appointment because of construction. That setup didn't seem very well. We did get in, but it was a little more difficult than we'd like. Hopefully that'll be improved next time.

The staff was very pleasant and I appreciated it.

Being able to know what my blood results are within 15 minutes of having my blood drawn is great. By the time I got home the results were in my health portal. My follow- up's are always quick and informative. Dr. Hathaway is always very pleasant.
