I always am seen promptly and everyone is helpful and kind a difficult thing to find nowadays! I will definitely trust the folks at urgent care with my minor health issues in the future.

The only thing that I would really wish could be improved on was the wait time because I was there two hours before I was seen. And granted, you were very busy. That was the only problem I had with the visit.

I had a very good experience with the girl and I would go back there again in preference to a nurse practitioner I had been going to. Anyway, my experience was great and I appreciate all the help she gave me and I'm feeling much, much better. Thank you. Bye.

I was struggling to breathe due to the pneumonia in my lungs. This carevteam was right on it! They did an excellent job!

Our provider Loren was amazing. She saw us quickly and was very thorough. She was great with my kids and listened to my concerns.

Loren was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem and had a treatment plan to get me feeling better. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and everyone in the office was very friendly.

My visit was quicker than expected, and I got everything I needed to heal quickly. I also had to bring my 3 young children with me and every staff member was so kind and helpful, even brought them coloring pages and stickers. Thank you!

Great service, fast, friendly, you know, it makes you feel better when you go there. It didn't make you feel like you were bothering them. Really good experience.

The wait times were short We Care was terrific they knew exactly for the prescription I needed and I got the prescription and I feel much better thank you

I was very pleased with the promptness, kindness and empathy shown. This was my first visit and definitely left a favorable impression.

Loren was wonderful. Very compassionate and caring. I was fearful because I haven't had great experiences in the past at this facility and was worried. She was confident in her diagnosis and the x ray confirmed what she suspected. She called promptly to let me know and set expectations accordingly. She let me know what to do if I wasn't seeing improvement. She is an asset to her profession and I wish more were like her.

I was very pleased with everything that took place that day, everybody that helped me. The doctor was wonderful. And I would certainly recommend the facility to anybody. Thank you.

I very much appreciated that Loren took the time after Express Care closed to review my imaging study and to call in further medication based upon the result of that study even though Express Care had closed.

Very pleased with Loren. Competent, engaging, informative, and assuring. Her post-assessment plan has been working as recommended. X-ray tech was also a high-quality, assuring, care-team member. The Gardiner facility was a systems point-of-entry for me in dealing with a novel, acute-onset of pain. They dealt effectively and supportively while I was there, and expeditiously in handing off data to my primary care location. No missed beats, no delay, covered all the bases and answered all questions I had. Big thumbs-up!

Loren took the time and explained everything to me. She listened carefully to my situation & made sure we agreed on the steps to take. She was wonderful & called me back The same Day to explain results of my x-ray. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure that I understood everything , going forward in what I needed to do. Loren was also extremely comfortable and used her expertise well. I left feeling at ease with the next steps to follow. Also, this was my first visit and I actually was trying to go downstairs to the sports medicine, but they did not have a provider available. She did, superb job of handling my situation! Kudos to Loren!!!
