Dr. Kipp was terrific. Although not much can be done for an arthritic foot and bunion except orthotics, he explained it all well. I understand exactly what is going on with my foot now.

This was the second time in the last 4 months that I broke my foot. Dr. Kipp was willing to delve into why.

Very Good Doctor

It is hard to explain with the severity of my wounds.. I came in as an emergency in a severe accident.. every team that I encountered was very professional and did an amazing job.. I have the most highest regards for the surgical team which did and above and beyond job on my pelvis and other injuries.. the care that I received from all the nurses that I have had over the last five weeks has been truly amazing.. Portland has a wonderful staff and I encourage you to let them know that.. never have I had an accident to this extent or have ever been in a hospital for more than just a couple days so 5 weeks is very hard on a person... Please let me say that I am truly lucky that I was brought to Portland and was cared for here instead of somewhere else... everyone and I mean everyone here has been super..

Dr. Kipp was helpful and has a very amiable demeanor. He had to refer me but also gave me information about procedures that I might want to take advantage of. I am glad to have him on my team. The med assistant was not communicative or particularly engaged with me.

Well, I think Dr. Kipp covers everything. He doesn't need to improve. He's the best doctor I've ever had. So, he's doing a good job. I don't want to ever not have him as my doctor. So, I give him a hundred on a scale. Okay, thank you very much.

Hi, Dr. Michael Kipp was extremely awesome, good sense of humor, respectful, explained things well. As for the office itself, I did get in pretty decently in terms of time, but the office is, oh my God, it was so busy. I don't know how you guys keep up. And I do have other providers there, and I'm just wondering what's happened in the last couple of months. It used to be pretty orderly. Anyways, that's all I have to say. Dr. Kipp and his MA were perfectly awesome, and I hope you all have a good day.

Dr. Kipp was wonderful in assisting my mother with her foot issues. He was very personable and made her feel quite at ease. The medication he prescribed seems to be working so far.

I was very pleased to get an appointment with Orthopedics so quickly, and also very impressed with the appearance, comfort and cleanliness of the facility. Front desk staff and the clinician doing the xrays were very pleasant and helpful. The diagnosis and treatment were not what I was hoping for, but Dr Kipp was sympathetic and understanding of my disappointment. He kindly answered my many questions, then patiently went back over the information to make sure I comprehended all the aspects. I definitely feel comfortable about coming back here when it comes time to go through the needed procedure.

Great bedside manner, scheduled for surgery very soon - grateful for that. People all were very pleasant that I interacted with.

The only major issue I had was it took months to get an appointment at the Augusta location.

Dr. Kipp is very kind and compassionate. He answered all my questions and discussed all possible options for my condition.

Dr. Kipp is very thorough, he has a very calming demeanor which in turn, helped me relax. He explained everything before hand and made sure I was comfortable.

I didn't have any issues with the facility, the staff, or anything like that. It was mostly that it took me three months to get in. And I do understand that a lot of specialties are like that. It's just that I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet and I kind of feel like that's a priority because I work in healthcare and I think three months is a little too long to wait. That's all, but I like Dr. Kipp very much and I'm looking forward to working with him.

Dr. Kipp was highly recommended by my PC for follow-up diagnosis and treatment of my foot discomfort and he met all of her praises and my expectations. He listened to my definition of how my feet feel and his impressions made complete sense with all we had for information. He was cautious to prescribe treatment until more images were taken ; wanting to avoid more damage and make the most well informed decision possible.
