I don't think that the doctor did his job I was there for a breast check up and he never checked my breast all he did was ask how I was feeling.

I was extremely pleased when I was able to be referred to the appropriate doctor & care team for my condition within days of a crucial procedure in determining how advanced my cancer is & was able to be scheduled for a visit soon after. Looking forward to working with this new staff!

Yes, you have an excellent department. You were transparent on the information I needed and I left feeling very very good about how my blood was and how my treatment was. So it was a great visit with him and I would do it again, and I recommend you to everybody.

Dr Majithia seems like a very smart and informed doctor. He's the only doc I've had at HACCC who has actively reached out to Dana Farber to discuss my case He's a bit dry and to the point but I like him very much. And more so- I like not having a long wait to see him. Which goes to show his skill at managing his schedule quite well. Kudos to him!!

Only one thing that might have been more helpful: I had a lab appointment immediately before my regular appointment. The results of the lab work were not available to Dr Majithia while I was there. I'm willing to have lab work ahead of time in order to get the results.

It was my last visit with the oncologist and he explained the effects of the plan to stop the medication that he felt I no longer needed.

Scheduled blood draws canceled abruptly right before visit with dr. He ordered a blood draw after our appointment and I had to wait quite a while for that. Also we had to wait for25 minutes while in examination room before the doctor came in to confer with us. He is always very courteous and knowledgeable and thorough. We received information about the aforementioned draw within an hour.

I like the new doctor that I have. It was my first time seeing him. And he seemed very knowledgeable in that he had looked at my medical record at least before he walked into the room somewhat it seemed like. And he made an excellent care plan and I felt very taken care of. He had, you know, very friendly disposition. His nurse was also very friendly. I had an excellent overall experience.

I can say that I am impressed with Dr. Majithia. He was patient with me and really listened to my husband and I. I makes me feel like I am important and not just a number. Dr. Majithia even called my Drs office to let them know that I needed to see him. I really appreciate Dr Majithia.

You can have the doctor spend more than five minutes when he comes in to talk to you, because all he did was... he didn't really ask me anything or how I was. All he did was come in, check me over, and said, that's it, and goodbye. So, I mean, I was in that office waiting, probably, for ten minutes, and he came in for about three minutes, so I just thought he could spend a little bit more time talking with his patients. Thank you.

Yes, I had an appointment in the afternoon and my husband had an appointment in the morning and they took the time and managed to fit me in in the morning to be seen with my husband at around the same time and get my blood work done. So that was very, very appreciative.

Yes, I'm very happy with everything that's gone on with my care. The people are very professional and they're very courteous and kind and there's 100% care that's being given to me since I've been there and I just have never experienced such wonderful people. So I don't have anything else to say. I gave them 100 on a scale of 1 to 100 and everything's been great. I mean, I'm getting all my calls, I'm getting everything repeated that I have trouble understanding, they clarify everything. So everything is great. I appreciate the people there. Thank you.

That was my first visit with Dr. Neil Majithia and I was very impressed with him. I liked him very much and I'm looking forward for him to be my continued doctor with this cancer treatment on the way down and I just pray that no more cancer is going to be showing up but as he suggests I'll have a CAT scan every four months and a review of it and we'll go from there for the next two years. And so thank you very much for having Dr. Neil on board. Goodbye.

I got my diagnosis about a week ago and already I've met with 2 Oncologists that will be treating me... In a week..... That in itself tells me I'm where I should be. From day 1,the staff have been awesome from beginning to end. No time is wasted, but you aren't rushed either. They answer questions without making you feel stupid. Compassion at a level I've never experience from any medical professional. There are no words or maybe just not enough to express how grateful I am personally to the people who work here.

In a difficult time I was quite pleased with the interactions I had with all staff, from Admin to Nursing to Doctors. Unfortunately, I live near PenBay Hospital and have most of my medical experiences with them since 2008. The past 2 months have been eye opening. I met my newest Dr and he made me feel absolutely comfortable and seemed to already know my issues. He had a treatment plan ready and discussed that with me. I feel extremely comfortable with him and my treatment plan. I couldn't find better care anywhere else.

The changes that are taking place at the facility leave patients to feel uneasy. For example, the counter where we normally make an appointment had a sign that said "we've moved", but did not say anything about how the next appointment would be scheduled. There was nobody available to assist us This could've been explained to us while we were in the doctor's office. It feels like everything is becoming automated and less people oriented. This is difficult for older patients.
