I was amazed at the competence and concern demonstrated by the PA Nicole Morris. The morale of the staff appears to be quite high and much better than what I expected.

My experience with Express Care was top notch, excellent. She was polite. She explained everything. I didn't have to ask any questions because she answered everything that I needed to know before I even had a chance to ask.

I went there in need of help with getting a prescription renewed from the ER visit. They were all wonderful, I was impressed by everyone I dealt with that day. They also did a follow up call.

I had a number of things going on that day and the support staff and the phlebotomist and the provider and the person who did my x-ray all of them were incredible and helping me get all of my needs met. They were fabulous. Thank you.

Wonderful group of employees at the Gardiner Quick Care. I can usually be seen within a short period of time, and I have always been treated professionally, respectfully, and compassionately by all MG staff. I know that when I check out that all my health concerns have been met to my satisfaction.

It's hard to get your test results. That needs a little bit more improvement. Bye bye.

Yes, I have some sinus infections which I had told Nicole that I have a history, a long history of them and I knew what I had. And she insisted that she was not comfortable, insisted, insisted three or four times to tell me repetitively that she weren't comfortable on doing it. I showed back up two days later and the other position diagnosed me with a sinus infection and gave me an antibiotic. Now, if she would have done that prior, two days ago, I would have been a lot better. She's awful. She's an awful physician. Goodbye.

I found that all the people that I had to interact with were polite and friendly and professional. The efficiency was impressive. But the fact that they made a person feel comfortable when they're obviously not feeling well is a very good Quality to be known for and certainly bode well for the future.
