Rachel was great wish I could get established quicker . I have to wait two months to get in with a doctor to establish becoming a patient.. I hate thinking that my problem is going to send me to go er before I can act get the help I need. But the experience was very nice and the PA was fantastic

This location is very slow and there's a long wait, but this time it was very fast and both the nurse and the doctor were very sweet and helpful.

She called and checked in on me after I got home, made an appointment with my primary care for me. She was just amazing. My nurse was very knowledgable and wasn't in a hurry with her diagnosis. She gave me several tests...very thorough. I came away with printed directions on how to expediate my recovery. Very pleased!!

More concerns about it being covid then what it actually was.

Not only was Rachel very good and through, but the nurse that took my vitals was also very nice and listened to my health issue.

Due to the nature of my symptoms and past history, the PA sent me to the MGMC ER immediately for assessment. I was hesitant to go due waiting seven hours with a previous visit. I needed to find out the cause of my symptoms though. All tests, urinalysis, bloodwork, chest xray, were negative. However, the ER Dr. stated symptoms were highly likely the result of titrating from a drug. This was extremely helpful information to confirm what I was suspecting. So, I am grateful for the PA directing me to present at the ER.

Everyone there and everyone at Winthrop Family Medicine is always friendly, helpful, more than competent. We are very lucky to have Winthrop Fam Med and Express Care. And thankful.

Yes, I would just like to say that my experience with the Express Care in Gardiner was excellent. From the first time I walked in the door and they were extremely busy and they were very nice to me and the people that I ran into, I ran into four different specialists, you know, a PA, a nurse, an X-ray technician and all. And they were just outstanding professional young people and that PA I had there, Rachel, she was extremely beneficial to me and was nice and told me all what's going to be done about the X-rays and all this other stuff. So I can only say that you've got a good team out there and I think that the people in Gardiner are very fortunate to have that this close. It just makes me feel good to know that that service is there and they're very coordinating and very helpful and that's all I'd like to say.
