the receptionist seemed tired and off...I hate that I have to shout my date of birth for them to hear ne lots of personal information has ti be given.....They waiting usually has a strong odor that has seemed to gone away with the new chairs.

I am someone that thinks there is room for improvement, BUT you staff is very compent, professional and caring. I hate Doctors and medical facilities, but I won't hesitate to go here. I feel they actually care. Over a week between visits with this Pneumonia, and the nurse and doctor both remembered me and could see the concern on their faces

The doctor was knowledgeable and she explained what the issue was that l was experiencing. Antibiotics were called in to the pharmacy and the skin condition is improving.

I wasn't aware that the appointment would be an intake requiring me the whole time, if that were the case I would have tried to make arrangements for my other children. There wasn't any information beforehand.

You guys are so helpful and it meant the world to me because I'm a stressed college kid who's so many hours away from home and I thought that I was going to be dying with my ear infection, but you guys made it all better and Dr. Samantha was actually like my saving grace. Thank you guys.

Nobody WANTS to need walk-in care, but I was so impressed with the triage efficiency and the coordinated efforts of the providers and PA student. As busy as they were when I arrived, it was obvious that the entire team was on a mission to take care of the patients as quickly as possible with quality care.

I was on vacation in the area and needed a deer tick bite looked at. I was amazed! Amazed at the speedy access, the friendliness, thoroughness and they listened and explained. I was 110% satisfied. Don't change a thing

Yeah, I wish that the general care as I received that day stays in place. I understand it's considering on eliminating that care. It's very convenient for all us people that come to the Winslow Clinic. Thank you for your time.

I would like to say...I know you all just do not care about the people that need this facility for health care, nor do you listen, this was a very nice place, I got blood work done x-rays done, now you close it ,WHY ?

From my phone contact asking about hours snd then my checking in....I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with. The nurse who took me in exam room was lovely..and said I would be first seeing someone in training ...then the doctor. Both were very friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience...

Very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable and explain things very well. It was a nice visit.

There were no other pts, yet I was there in the examination room waiting, waiting and waiting! For over an hour

Used the Express Care unit in Winthrop. All personnel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, will be sad to see this unit close.

Excellent experience. Check in was quick and easy, was seen almost immediately, and both the nurse and the PA were excellent in explaining what they were doing, why and what to expect going forward. Thank you!

Long wait time

Feeling much better. I took the meds for the five day period and really felt better in six.

Samantha Nadeau was amazing. I would highly recommend her anytime.

This facility is very confusing to get to why is urgent care on the third floor and so far from the front door?

I really appreciate that you guys are there. I really don't know what to do as far as my medical situation in general. It's been ongoing for years and years. I hate doctors. Yeah, your care team is good enough and I appreciate that they are there. But I really don't know what to do about my situation. And I need a social worker to help me through all this stuff and I don't even know how to do everything myself and I get so much anxiety that I don't know what to do. I don't know if you can help with that, but I really, seriously, it is social work. I don't think anybody really understands me in general to start with, but yes, the care team was okay and I appreciate you.
