My appointment was for 1230 and I believe I was called in to the office just before 1. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but I have a husband at home who didn't want to leave for too long, so that was a little bit worrisome to me. Thank you.

It takes forever to get scheduled into a new department.

I want to acknowledge how great the staff were when they were dealing with a difficult child patient. They kept their calm in a challenging situation. I was impressed.

Really like Dr. Dyer's willingness to answer questions and explain things thoroughly. Have felt very comfortable with my immunotherapy plan from the start.

Dr Dyer was fabulous

Very good visit doctor Knew my history and was very helpful providing info about treatment interactions with other ongoing medical treatment.

I believe the Dr. and his staff made special arrangements to get me in quickly ( I called the day before and typically appointments are scheduling 2 months out) I cam extreme appreciative to everyone who may be had a rushed lunch , so that I could be seen.

Everyone has always been kind and listened to what I have to say concerning the reason for my appointment.

The DO was going to do a penicillin test but that never happened. It was not totally clear to me that the nasal spray he recommended would 'cure' the rhinitis or just abate the symptoms. I wasn't sure what to ask and the visit seemed over quickly.

Lovely people! Made me feel very comfortable.

The nurse was really good, but I didn't really see her that much. The doctor never explained that... We didn't discuss the possibility of shots. Just said, okay, go get your blood tested. But not what shots would mean, especially what the prognosis would be and how long, you know, until I would see some improvement. Not at all, nothing. It's an allergist. And I was so sick with allergies that it didn't even occur to me. He just... It was very perfunctory and cursory.

Dr. Dyer was thorough and got straight to my problem. He acted quickly on the advice of the Nurse, who diligently followed up with him on my behalf.

I had spoken to his staff with regard to my primary concern and I understood that he did have expertise in that area and did prescribe the medication that I was told would be helpful for me and he refused to even address the subject. And I felt completely dismissed and he did not address any of the topics on his wall, which could be understood through a unifying theory if he was open to collaboration with his patient who has spent decades trying to figure out this disease and was told that he could help me when in fact he did not even want to talk about it. I don't really have anything good to say. It was a miserable experience.

Everyone was absolutely fantastic, from the lady checking me in to the nurse and Scott was absolutely very informative, very helpful, gave a lot of information and explained things very thoroughly. Everything was great and I will definitely be back if needed or recommended. Thank you again and have a good day.

I like everything about my care with this physician and his nurses and staff.

your computers are too slow and costing you unnecessary hundreds of thousands of dollars and there were no parking spaces at the Augusta hospital.

I felt at ease with check in and the DR. It's nice to have a DR that listened, answered my questions, explained the issue and talked directly to me.

The nurse was extremely compassionate and empathetic and did an excellent job explaining everything we were doing. Dr. Dyer was one of the best doctors I've interacted with and did an excellent job actually explaining my issues and bringing curiosity/concern about my symptoms. It was an excellent balance of competence and humanity. As someone who has unfortunately had to see a lot of medical providers recently, both qualities are rare.

A follow-up appointment needs to be done quicker.

I really appreciated that the doctor totally listened to my comments and thoughts on my insight of my health. He then followed up with what was correct and what he felt could help me. I was really impressed that he heard me totally and i appreciated that. I was sent becuase of ongoing issues and i appreciate TRYING something to change the outcome of long Bronchitis bouts.

The staff at the facility was fantastic, from the receptionist checking me in, to the woman that walked me down to the correct office, to the nurse or nurse practitioner that checked my vitals and made sure she had my medications correct, and also Dr. Dyer. Honestly, you folks were absolutely fantastic. The only less than perfect score I would have given you, just trying to get in to see you, but everything was great. I really appreciated it.

Check in was a process from the beginning they were talking to someone else that works there while I was standing there waiting (mind you I was early but they said to be early) then around the end of the appointment the Doctor kept stating that the reactions I'm having to my allergies are not normal but did not say anything to really help with that except say I should try another nose spray after the one I was prescribed gave me nose bleeds. Then at check out they had insisted that I had a co pay( which I do and get a bill for every time even though they say there isn't one) overall just a very frustrating long day. Not very happy and will not be seeing that Doctor again. I did state when scheduling I'd rather have my normal Doctor but was not accommodated.

Dr. Dyer was able to answer all my questions and give reasons for what should be done when so I would recommend him and keep going to him forever. Thank you. Bye.
