Had to register at the lab for a blood draw. The gentleman who registered me seemed unsure of the process. I had taken a # and registered, but was never called. They skipped my # and called about 8 people who came after me. I spoke to the registrant who said I'd be called soon. After an hour of waiting I left. Training needed I think. Smiling wouldn't hurt either!

She would come and take care of me right on time and my appointment was fast and everything went well I think at the appointment. So she's a very nice person and she gets the job done well. She's helped me a lot for six years and I think I'm on the straight and narrow route or started to. I think she's a very good doctor.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Susan Abbott. She always comes in smiling and makes you feel like an old friend she is happy to see again. She always asks how I am doing and goes over my medications, test results, and any questions about procedures I have had or any upcoming. I feel safe with her.

I now feel confident that someone cares if I live or die! Until this visit to gastro I believed that someone was paying my GP to let me die.

Pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable and caring doctor

I was very nervous going to this initial appointment. Susan Abbott was very calming. She went over my history and explained what certain terms meant and possible options. She was very thorough, gave me plenty of time to ask questions and answered them so I knew what I wanted to know. I was extremely comfortable and satisfied with my whole visit.

I was over charged for my co pay of 65.00 I was charged 665.00 I have to go back to the office to get this corrected! Very inconvenient

I had a very good experience and have every time I've need care at Thayer. I'm always impressed by the lack of wait time. I've always been seen very soon after checking in and registering. The staff is professional. My only wish is that I could see a consistent MD to follow my care. I've had several providers over the past 4 years and hope to soon be settled in with one consistent MD.
