I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far with Maine General OB/GYN. Susan Lufkin-Curtis was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I look forward to continuing my care here.

I almost missed my lab appointment as only my midwife appointment was listed on the app. I also received a diagnosis of "obesity in pregnancy" on the app, which was detrimental toy mental health as I have struggled with disordered eating in the past. The lack of concern for patient's mental health is disheartening.

I felt very heard with Susan. She listened to my complaints and worked with me to find solutions.

Wait times are ridiculous. Be there 10 minutes early just to sit for 20-30 minutes waiting to be seen in the waiting room and then another 10-20 after being put in an exam room. Impossible to plan your day when you have an appointment scheduled due to never know when you might be done at the facility.

Susan was very kind and knowledgeable. She was a good listener and my husband and I felt like we connected with her and felt heard by her. I feel like we are in good hands as we bring our first child into the world!
