Being my first time there I was overwhelmed with trying to find where I needed to go. It took me some time to find my destination until I found the welcoming desk. They were very helpful. But it took a while to find them. Every thing else was good

Just a follow-up to the care that I received from both Thayer Hospital, Waterville and Maine General Augusta. Both teams that helped me were very professional and they handled their tasks very professionally. Dr. Bouchard was just awesome. When I met with him before being discharged as a patient, he answered all my questions and took all the time I needed with me. I'd highly recommend the Thayer and the Augusta team for any upcoming surgeries. Thank you.

I was a little lost, but the front desk personnel grabbed a wheelchair for a long trip to my destination....and back to my car. They were great, as were my nurse and doctor. Very pleased.

Dr Bouchard was very familiar with my chart. My ultrasound did not show a hernia. The images taken during my stress test 2 days earlier did, and he was aware of the differences noted.
