Thanks for the chance to talk about Travis Chapin. I was quite impressed by him. Nice manner, we had not met before. He actually talked about headaches and migraine headaches and good discussion, actually very interesting discussion. Shared some good things I didn't know. By looking at my chart, he had a good history without even knowing me until that moment. And I thought his manner was great. It was knowledgeable, but kind of low key. And I thoroughly enjoyed him. Well, I enjoyed him as well as trusted what he had to say. Thank you so much for the chance to say something. Bye now.

When I got there, I was handed a billing notice regarding same day wellness care and problems. It was told if I asked any questions I should come back at a different time to ask my questions or will be subject to an additional charge, including, but not limited to a co-pay so if I open my mouth, it was gonna cost me money to ask about any health problems that I have. I think this is the worst things I've seen in healthcare.

I think it's important to have knowledgeable doctors that actually listen to someone when they're speaking and don't have as much arrogance.

There is no lab availabe....need to go to Augustanow and I do not drive...transportation a big issue for me...please restore a blood draw availability....thank you

Travis Chapin is excellent. Best PA we have had in Winthrop. However, there were unexplainable items in my medical records that seem to have nothing to do with me. I am concerned that not all records are being kept accurately.

Everyone there has always taken such great care if me, thanks!

Went to have a small embedded splinter removed. Was told that it had to be referred to a surgeon! That a medical clinic is unable to do this simple procedure astounds me. Aparently I'll be contacted by someone within a week...What wonderful health care experience for an acutely painful condition

Everything was great but having to go into Augusta for labs now is quite inconvenient

Travis and his student were great. Care was delivered expeditiously, but I also felt there was enough time to develop a connection.

The were definitely thoughrough. Exceedingly content to be on good terms with the Doctors.

Travis is thorough and conscientious. He cares about his patients and follows through with care plans. MaineGeneral is lucky to have him!

This was very difficult to rate because this was my first encounter with Travis. I had a condition that all of a sudden I didn't realize I had. I really liked him. He listened. He got on the problem. I'm continuing to see him and am looking forward to it. All in all, it was a good experience, one I wish I didn't have to have. Anyway, that's all. Other than that, it was okay.

It was quick, simple and I got my needs met. Everyone was really nice.

The check in staff member was nice. He is always very positive and upbeat in person and when I call in. Travis did a very good job making sure I got the care I needed. He isn't my PCP at that office, but had reviewed my chart and listened to what I saying.

Doctors an pharmacist need to be on same page,I wait for hours to get thru then they have me doing all the calling etc

Everyone is lovely at the practice. Having a great experience as a new patient.

Mostly the visit went very well. When I went to check out, the person who checked me out just said, okay, you're all set. And I was like, oh, I'm supposed to make an appointment for another year. And so she was like, okay, she made the appointment. And then I left and then realized that she was also supposed to have me sign a form that you can get my records from another one of my doctors. And that was supposedly written on the discharge papers and that didn't get done. So now I need to go back and get that paperwork. But other than that, everything was great.

Travis' bedside manner was excellent! He took the time to listen to all of my concerns.

The doctor is very pleasant. That's the first time I had met him and I was comfortable with him. The staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to and it was a good visit.
