Very satisfied would have wanted to get antibiotics quicker instead of having to go in for apt. I knew That's all I needed to help with my cold

The person who initially took my vitals said "your here bc of stomach pains?" That was NoT the reason i was there. She rushed thru all Medical questions. I wasnt even done talking and she cut me off and started asking the nxt question. Im fairly confident she didnt even listen to any of my responses and just checked off the defaults.

Yes, I was very happy to be able to get the appointment into the Oakland HealthCare and I think they do a wonderful job there. They were very kind and very caring and I just like that very much because I'm an older person and I've been getting a little bit unhealthy and they treated me extremely nice so I can't say enough good things about them there. I appreciate the time he took and the interest. He was the best of best. Anyone that sees him is extremely lucky. Love the interest he showed.

Dr. Dam is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He does a wonderful job discussing my health issues and formulating a plan to discover what is happening and how to remedy it

Yes, your improvement has been so far so good, so this is my first time. And I like what I heard from the nurses and the doctors, and they were well, very careful and caring about their patients and people that comes in, walk in. And I'm very happy because this is my first time. I love. I haven't had a primary doctor, so they've been very kind and nice to me, and they're working with me. They stand on point with my appointments, making sure that I get there, making sure everything's fine. And I mean, so far, it's great for me. And I would recommend anybody else to come see this facility, that facility.

Vinh provides exceptional care. He is thorough, thoughtful, and patient centered. I have been seen by him twice and both times felt heard and that I was cared for intelligently and compassionately.

Always so very happy whenever I have to go for a visit. If I can't get my primary care doctor always another available for me. Vinh I have had several times and he is so nice and helpful always on time too. Receptionist work hard to get me an appointment as well. Have been going to this practice over 35 years

I was happy to get in to have my shoulder looked at and that I was sent for an x-ray. I needed medication to sleep. Unfortunately I am still in great pain and there is nothing more that can be done. But my appointment was fine

Hi, I've been trying to get an addition to my medication because I lost two of the antibiotic pills and I started it at noon today and I called back and they said I was on the urgent list. They called me before they closed at 5. They didn't. I don't know if I'll have enough medication. I don't have the medication for today and I probably won't for tomorrow. So that's not a good thing. Thank you. Bye.

Other that the well versed and accomplished practitioner with a favorable demeanor, all was above and beyond! Our experience was largely impeccable!

Yes, the doctor saw me, was very thorough, had a lot of information, really knowledgeable. He was funny and caring at the same time. I enjoyed his communications with me, the best I've had since I've been there. So, thank you very much for that.

Would be nicer if ultrasound procedure could be sooner. Almost 3 weeks I feel symptoms will be gone.
