Virginia was wonderful! Great interaction, great questions, great feedback and suggestions.

It could have been an email instead of an appointment.

Virginia Chapin was very professional and clinically skillful. She took the time to explain in detail everything she was about to do and answered all of my follow up questions.

It appears that this department is in the midst of transition with regards to providers. Hoping this is resolved and we can rely on some consistency and dependability

Virginia was thorough and a great listener. I enjoyed getting to know her and I hope she stays around so I can have her again next year.

The reception desk was okay, I've been told I'd be getting calls to set up appointments. However, I've always had to call them to schedule anything! The medical assistant was nice. The OBGYN didn't act like she cared at all! She dismissed a concern I had over a health issue. Pretty disappointed with them.

I was extremely impressed with Virginia Chapin, PA. She is a caring professional that answered all my questions and gave a good exam. I recommended her to my sister and I usually don't give out recommendations unless warranted.

The assistant coach ho took my vitals and verified my medical history put me at ease like no one ever has before.

Virginia was engaged and thorough and really listened to me. She offered suggestions, and provided possible solutions. She took her time with me and it was extremely appreciated. Especially since my symptoms have been making me miserable for the last couple of years. I wish she was my healthcare provider full-time.

Virginia had a student with her during my visit - which is fine with me because yhey need to learn. I appreciated Virginia's questions on my best interests.

The person I spoke with to make an appointment tried to get me to go anywhere else: my pcp, the er... and was very dismissive. The rest of the care team was absolutely wonderful and validative and gave me some answers to help me out and I very much appreciated them taking time for me.

The nurses were great the pa was great checking in was great. However checking out not so great I had to schedule some lab work and additional Dr appts I asked to be switched to the Waterville office and I was told ' I do not have the Waterville schedule' then the scheduler proceeded to schedule my lab work and Dr appts in the Augusta location. I have made it clear multiple times I want to be seen in Waterville so I'm not sure why I am not being heard. I do not drive so traveling to Augusta is extremely inconvenient.

I didn't get a full checkup and I don't know why. But she talked with me a long time.

My provider was helped up and knowledgeable. She was also very efficient.

My first visit with this np, I have been a patient many years there however. She was nice,pleasant, friendly, and a good listener.

My PA, Virginia Chapin was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and didn't make my annual awkward. The lady who took me to the room was pretty rude, I could do without dealing with her again.

Virginia, the PA, was great! The MA had asked lots of questions and documented very well, and the PA took her time going through the notes and we talked through all my concerns/ issues, answered my questions, and has a treatment plan to help with my chronic yeast infections. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.

Both the nurse that brought me in and did my vitals as well as Virginia. My practitioner went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have actually requested that Virginia be my "doctor" going forward as she was amazing!
