Your Orthopaedic Appointment
We're here to help you at three locations: Augusta, Gardiner and Oakland.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to register and complete paperwork.
We understand life gets busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call as possible so we can schedule another patient for your appointment time.
When you are at our office, we work hard to keep you from waiting for your appointment. When emergencies and other unanticipated events happen, we will let you know as soon as possible so you can choose to wait or reschedule.
If you need extra time for your appointment, please let us know so we can plan for it.
Billing and Insurance Information
We are committed to providing services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay for them.
We accept all private insurance plans, Medicare, MaineCare and TriCare. We will submit insurance claims for you.
MaineGeneral Orthopaedics bills through MaineGeneral Health. Please pay for co-payments at the time of service. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
You may receive separate bills for diagnostic tests performed or X-rays/other imaging done as part of your treatment and care.
If you don't have insurance or can't pay for services, MaineGeneral's financial assistance program may be able to help. Please call (207) 872-4680 or (877) 255-4680, option 3, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
