About Our Practice

At Maine Dartmouth Geriatric Medicine, we offer comprehensive care with a goal of maximizing function and quality of life. This includes:

• Home-based primary care

• Consultative care in the hospital, the Alzheimer's Care Center in Gardiner and MaineGeneral Rehabilitation and Long Term Care at Glenridge in Augusta

We work with you to provide excellent health care from our integrated team of physicians, fellows, advanced care practitioners, nurses, social workers and support staff.
