Phototherapy

Phototherapy uses ultraviolet light to treat skin disease.

Medical phototherapy differs from tanning booths in that phototherapy is treatment under medical supervision to maximize its effectiveness and safety.

You must have a dermatologist's referral to take advantage of phototherapy.
