Dr. Mayer completed his six-year residency in plastic surgery and further honed his skills with a fellowship in cosmetic surgery and breast reconstruction. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Plastic surgery procedures are offered at both the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta and the Thayer Center for Health in Waterville.
