Our Surgeons

  • Ian Patten, MDIan Patten, MD, MPH, graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Patten specializes in orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine and surgery, and also serves as team physician for Lawrence High School.

  • Daniel Shubert, MDDaniel Shubert, MD, graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. He later completed a sports medicine fellowship at University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. Dr. Shubert specializes in sports medicine, ACL and other ligament construction of the knee, UCL reconstruction of the elbow, total shoulder replacement surgery and arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
