We thank you in advance for making an appointment before coming to our office. We offer appointments for acute needs (usually within 48 hours if you're already a patient) and for pre-scheduled visits.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to register and complete any paperwork. Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We work hard to keep you from waiting for your appointment. When emergencies or other unanticipated events happen, however, we'll let you know as soon as possible so you can choose to wait or reschedule.
